about
This one's a classic/alternative rock song dedicated to MLP's most annoying character. Karma will get her someday, but until then, enjoy this :)
lyrics
I'm not one for taking names
I try to treat everyone the same
But if you've got nothing nice to say
Just turn around and walk away
What do you have to gain
Do you want this as your claim to fame
As how they'll know your name
But do you know you're just as equal
That you're no more perfect than anybody else
You know you're coming off as evil
So you'll get what's coming to ya
And you brought it on yourself
It's not too late to turn a new leaf
To put the sword back in it's sheath
You've got every single chance
To stop before you can advance
And what do you have to gain
Do you want this as your claim to fame
As how they'll know your name
But do you know you're just as equal
That you're no more perfect than anybody else
You know you're coming off as evil
So you'll get what's coming to ya
And you brought it on yourself
You cause others harm
And you're messing with karma
The circle will come back around
You're the one in control
And you're taking your toll
As your bridges are burned to the ground
You're so insecure
Don't pretend to be sure
Don't you lie to yourself and the rest
You don't have to bring them down
Making faces fade to frown
Because the arrogant are rarely the best
Not to be a royal pain
I guess that's not part of your game
Now it's sealed up in the bag
You've got more than you deserve to have
What do you have to gain
Do you want this as your claim to fame
As how they'll know your name
But do you know you're just as equal
That you're no more perfect than anybody else
You know you're coming off as evil
So you'll get what's coming to ya
And you brought it on yourself
But do you know you're just as equal
That you're no more perfect than anybody else
You know you're coming off as evil
So you'll get what's coming to ya
And you brought it on yourself
Brought it on yourself
Brought it on yourself
So you'll get what's coming to ya
And you brought it on yourself

This album is a solid 7/10. I love the old-school music in there, but some of the songs just feel like random melodies plastered everywhere. This is the beginnings of Ponies At Dawn though, and their artists have improved massively over the years so I'm glad we still have a relic from their collection! cherriesarelit
